Invisalign & Clear Aligners

This patient wanted straight teeth and improvements to uneven gum levels and crossbites (where the lower teeth sit in front of the top teeth). With roughly six months of Invisalign, we achieved straight teeth, more even gum levels, and a correct bite.

This patient wanted to have her teeth straightened discreetly with Invisalign. Her teeth were crowded and there was an open bite of the front teeth. She wore Invisalign for just under 18 months. Now, all her teeth are straight and her smile arc has greatly improved.

This patient had previously undergone Invisalign treatment, but suffered a relapse. In particular, she wanted to fix her front teeth overlapping. After ten months of Invisalign treatment achieved some beautiful results, we bonded a permanent wire to the inside of her upper and lower teeth, and issued removable retainers to wear at night, ensuring her teeth stay straight.

    This patient was embarrased to show us his teeth when he first came to the clinic. He wanted a beautiful smile that would give him confidence. Instead of braces, we started widening the patient's jaws using expanders. Once widened, we used braces to straighten all the teeth and create a nice wide smile. Finally, we did edge bonding to replace worn edges of the incisors, resulting in a winning smile.

    This patient complained of crowded teeth. After her initial consult, we found she had a narrow jaw contributing to her crowding. We used expanders to widen her jaw, and braces to align her teeth. The result is a wide and beautiful smile that fills her cheeks.

    his patient was concerned her upper right canine stuck out in front of her other teeth. She also had general crowding. As the patient wanted a less conspicuous treatment, we used clear braces for the upper teeth, with a total treatment time of 18 months.

      Complete Smile Makeover

      This patient wanted to improve the colour and appearance of her teeth while also protecting them from further wear and damage. Due to severe wear and damage caused by reflux, teeth grinding, and dental decay, we had to rebuild the teeth to their original shape and form by 'capping' all of them with ceramic crowns. We took great care to select a colour that was bright white but still looked natural.

        This patient wanted to close a small gap between her front teeth, and to improve the balance of her smile, while keeping it looking natural. We chose minimally invasive porcelain veneers, which we placed on the front four teeth to enhance the shape and colour. Would you be able to guess which teeth had veneers?

        This patient wanted to replace the discolouring fillings on his front teeth and create some symmetry in his smile. On top of this, he also wanted his teeth a few shades whiter. We made two crowns for the lateral incisors and composite veneers for the other teeth. Crowns were chosen over veneers as those teeth were heavily damaged, requiring extra protection.

        This patient had been dissatisfied for many years with the stained composite veneers on her lateral incisors. We removed the old veneers without damaging the enamel underneath, and built new colour matched veneers resembling the natrual shape and colour of her teeth, to blend in with the rest of her smile.

        This patient wanted to fix her worn front teeth in order to create a beautiful harmonious smile. As the tooth wear was caused by a tight bite and tooth grinding, we aligned the upper teeth using clear aligners. We then restored the front four teeth with matching colour composite veneers, creating a natural looking result.

          Replace Missing Teeth

          This patient came in with a broken front tooth, which fractured while they were eating. We determined that our best option was to remove the root, replacing it with a realistic looking bridge. Of course, we made a temporary solution for her on the day, since it was her front tooth! The treatment took around six months in total, as the gums had to heal before the final ceramic restoration.

            This patient presented with dental anxiety, bleeding gums, and yellowed teeth. She is a teacher, and a student had commented on how yellow her teeth looked. We ensured the patient's comfort while performing gum treatment, polished her teeth, and issued a take-home whitening kit. She showed significant improvement in gum health and tooth colour, and had regained a lot of her self-confidence.
